If you are reading this, then you have, or are close to running out of strength. Does everyday seem to be a battle and you awake in the morning nearly as tired as you were when you went to bed the night before! Do you feel like something is hassling you, though you can't see anything? Do you feel like you are dragging a 'weight' around?

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:

I) God is on your side! "If God be for us, who can be against us"

2) Your Heavenly Father loves you.. "For the Father Himself (tenderly) loves you because you believe on Me and believe that I came out from God"

3) "The Lord is the strength of your life" - He hasn't got it.. He IS it!

Firstly:
Do you feel that you are being ‘harrased’ - Even though you can’t see anything? Do you feel like you want to punch the lights out of something but you are not sure what or where? (Hey! I’m being honest here.. ok?) Then the chances are you are dealing with a spirit being… not a natural tiredness.

In the Bible, The Holy Spirit is called in the Greek text.. The Paraclete. It literally means.. One called along side to help - The opposite of a Paraclete, is a parasite, or something that sucks the life out of you! - God is in the increase and multiplying business, the devil is in the subtracting and dividing business. Ever heard the world's saying: "There’s a monkey on my back!" - Guess what that is!

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age" Ephesians6.

When Jesus and the disciples were in the middle of the sea, a great storm arose and threatened to sink them. They awoke the Lord and he did two things. He rebuked the wind (That was the thing that was trying to blow them off course) and then he spoke to the waves (the circumstances, that was trying to sink them) After rebuking the wind (the thing that was causing the circumstance) He then spoke the desired result to the circumstances. "Peace, be still!" He then asked the disciples why they didn’t do it! "How come you are so fearful, where is your faith?"

Use your authority to get rid of it! Jesus gave us the authority to do so. "Behold, I give you authority over all of the ability of the enemy. You shall trample on demons and devils and nothing shall by any means harm you" Luke10:19 – - "If you shall ask anything in My name, I will do it" John14:12-14

You have to say something! - Jesus said: "Whosoever (that’s us) shall say to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart but shall believe that those things that he says shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he says" Mark 11:23-25 (Don’t forget the ‘forgive’ bit in here.. or very little will work in your life. In 24 years of ministering His grace, I've never found anything that will stop the blessing of the Lord quicker than unforgiveness.. so if you have anything against anybody.. now is good time to get rid of it!.. ok) Remember, Jesus told the disciples that they should have spoke to the storm..

So start by exercising your authority. Say "devil, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I demand that you stop stealing my strength! I demand that you hassling and harassing devils leave me. You have no rights over me. I am bought with the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. I command peace into my body and mind in the name of the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ the Righteous One"
Now believe what you have said is done!

Question: Do I have to say those exact words?
Answer: No, not really but if you understand the ‘essence’ of what I am saying, you can speak it out the way YOU would say something.. Get the drift? Exercise your authority as YOU would. The words ARE important but be yourself, for the Lord is with thee..

Now do what Jesus did and speak the Word of God to the devil. Don’t say what you feel, say what the Word says.. "devil, It is written: "The Lord is the strength of my life” It is written: "I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me " It is written: "The Lord is my glory and the lifter of my head " Get these Scriptures into your heart by meditating upon them as God told Joshua to do. That’s how I started out 24 years ago with healing. I would write down the Scriptures on healing on a little card and put them in my top pocket. Then during the day, I would meditate, (that means to think upon, to mutter quietly, to say over and over) After about 3 days of this, the power of God started to become very strong upon me and revelation started to arise in my heart. I knew it was God’s will to be healed.. now I Knew I was healed.

Now start to thank God it IS done.. You may not feel like it is done but Jesus said "If you shall ask anything in My name, I WILL do it" - The Scripture says "..that at the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow.." Philippians..

If YOU don’t use it, they won’t bow!

MINISTRY EXAMPLE: I was ministering in a prison one evening and at the end of the service, I gave a call for anyone that had needs to come forward for prayer. A young man came up and said he had a really bad headache. I prayed with him and asked the Father to heal him. After the prayer, I asked him how he was. He said he was no better! I said not to give up because Jesus said "Whatsoever you ask the Father in My name, He will give it you" (John 16:23) So we stayed there, just thanking the Lord for his healing. Then the amazing started to happen (It always will, if you believe and refuse to give up) Jesus spoke and said.., "It’s a devil!" - I said.. "Oh!" and then said: "devil, I demand that you leave this young man now in Jesus name!" - Then, it spoke back to me!! and said "I’m not leaving!" I said.. "Yes you are" It said.. "No I’m not" I was about to say the same again when the Lord stopped me.. I then felt my hand lifted to Heaven and say "Thank God it HAS gone!" (Jesus said: 'If you ask anything in My name, I will do it!'- John14:12) - I heard the thing say.. "no, I haven’t" - but it was weaker.. I thanked God again that it HAD left. The thing said again.. "no I haven’t" but it was very weak now and a third time I thanked the Lord it had gone.. silence… Victory! Afterwards, the young man said to me. 'Do you know that nothing happened until you started to thank God it HAD gone. When you did that, it felt like metal band was breaking around my head and the more your praised the Lord, the easier it became and now I am completely well!' - Praise God! - Faith is acting on the Word of God. I chose to believe what the Word of God said, as opposed to what the situation was.

Now rejoice in the goodness of God (you probably won’t feel like doing that much either!) Get someone, or 2 or 3, to help you. Do not stand alone if you are not strong enough. It’s no shame to ask your brother/sister in Christ to help you. That’s what the Body is for. The Scripture says: "If one part of the body suffers, the whole body suffers." - "Thanks be unto God Who always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus" - "Out of it all, the Lord delivered me and the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work"

If you are Spirit filled, then praise God in the Spirit (in tongues) If not, then praise Him out loud anyway, for "The Lord inhabits the praises of His people" Keep this up for a while.. like an hour or two!

It’s by faith we overcome, ("This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith") not magic. People want a ‘poof’ and a bunny to jump out of the hat! Every time you say it and praise the Lord, your faith is giving substance to that which you hope for. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" Hebrews11:1

RECAP:

1) Be assured that the Lord loves you, is for you and WILL help you.

2) Use your authority in Jesus Name. Get others to help. Don't stay 'out in the cold' so to speak. Rise up and be strong and very courageous, for the Lord is with thee..

3) Get the Scriptures concerning strength into your heart, by meditating the Word of God and by praise. If you are Spirit filled, then pray in the Holy Spirit. He is your Helper. If not, then just praise him in your own language.

4) Speak the Word of God to the situation. It is written.. Just like Jesus did.

5) Praise God for the victory and keep going until it comes.. "They that wait (means to 'entwine yourself with'- something active, not 'hang around and wait untill something happens') upon the Lord, shall renew their strength, they shall rise up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint"

PLUS:At the start of every day, You need to take authority over it. There is something special about a day. The Scripture says: "This is the day (not week) that the Lord has made.." Jesus said: "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.."- "His mercies are new every morning"( Not month)- Use your God given authority. "I take authority over this day in the name of Jesus! - devil, you have no rights over me or my body, for it is written; "Glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which is the Lord's" - and again, It is written: "My body is not for sin but for the Lord" - Get off my body in Jesus name! Get off my mind in Jesus name!

Then give thanks to the Lord for the power and authority he has given you through the righteousness of your savior, Jesus Christ. - You may feel like nothing much is happening when you start but it is... As the Scriptures you have been meditating on become alive in your spirit, your strength will arise!

Question: So how long will this take?
Answer: It depends.. It may take an hour, or two, maybe a day but it shouldn't take any more than 2-3 days. If you are doing this for weeks or months, then something is wrong.
